Luis De Jesus has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Capital Infrastructure Programming and Project Management Office at the City of Richmond Hill since May 2022. Prior to this role, Luis De Jesus held various positions at the City of Toronto over a decade, including Senior Manager of Local Roads, Manager of Local Roads, Acting Manager of Bridges, Structures, and Expressways, and Senior Engineer. Additionally, Luis De Jesus worked as a Senior Construction Engineer at the City of Barrie from August 2009 to December 2011.
