Emma Hansen

Emma Hansen is currently working as a Routesetter at Richmond Olympic Oval. Prior to this, Emma was a High Performance Climbing Coach at OvalClimb. Emma has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia. In the past, Emma has held positions such as Research Scientist at the University of Washington and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Royal Military College of Canada. Emma holds a PhD in Mathematics from The University of British Columbia, an MS in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington, and a BASc in Mathematics and Engineering - Applied Mechanics Option from Queen's University.
