Brad Willis

Brad Willis is an experienced professional in the fields of design, coaching, and route setting within the rock climbing community. Currently serving as a Routesetter at Rock Spot Climbing Gym since February 2022, Brad is responsible for creating engaging and fun climbing routes. Previously, Brad worked at Central Rock Gym as a coach for graduate and undergraduate students, as well as for a youth competitive rock climbing team. Brad's design expertise is highlighted through roles at Bluebird Graphic Solutions and 4th Law Labs, where skills in Adobe Illustrator and UI/UX prototyping were developed. Additional experience includes participation in a design thinking bootcamp with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and customer service roles in the food industry. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
