Bhavesh Ganesh

Bhavesh Ganesh has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Bhavesh has worked at Richmond Pharmacology since 2022, holding positions as Head of Human Resources and currently as Human Resources Director.

Prior to their current role, Bhavesh worked at Shell for a significant period of time. Bhavesh'sroles at Shell include Head of Employee Engagement - UK, Head of HR - Downstream UK (commercial), Senior HR Business Partner - Finance (global), Talent Manager - Retail (global), and HR Reporting & Data / Processes & Systems (global).

Throughout their career, Bhavesh has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions such as employee engagement, performance management, inclusion and diversity, talent management, and workforce planning. Bhavesh has led teams, collaborated with business leaders, and developed strategic HR plans tailored to business needs.

Bhavesh Ganesh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from Brunel University London in the years 1998 to 2002. Bhavesh later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Westminster Business School from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they hold a certification in MA Human Resource Management from Westminster Business School.
