Fiona C. is an experienced librarian and information consultant with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an Auxiliary Librarian I at Richmond Public Library since May 2011, Fiona has previously held roles such as Virtual Reference Librarian with British Columbia Electronic Library Network, Knowledge Services Manager, Clinical Librarian, and Information & Member Services Manager with the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia. As a freelance information consultant, Fiona provided technical support and best practices for conducting webinars and restructured electronic record systems for organizations like the British Columbia Association of Social Workers. Fiona holds a Master of Library & Information Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of British Columbia, where expertise was further developed through various student librarian positions.
