Katherine O'Donnell

Katherine O'Donnell, CDME, serves as the President & CEO of Richmond Region Tourism, a role held since 2006 after preceding positions including Executive Vice President, Vice President of Community Relations, and Director of Marketing. In these capacities, Katherine has focused on strategic leadership, community relations, tourism advocacy, and digital marketing initiatives that significantly enhanced organizational processes and visitor experiences. Prior experience includes positions at AMA Richmond as Past President and at the Richmond Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau in various publication roles. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with minors in English and Spanish from the University of Richmond.
