Vice President Of Marketing at Richmond Region Tourism

Tom Loftus, CDME, currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing for Richmond Region Tourism since November 2021 and is also an Adjunct Instructor of Social Media and SEO at Point Park University. Prior to these roles, Tom held various academic positions, including Adjunct Instructor of Marketing at Washington & Jefferson College, and was the first Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Communications at VisitPITTSBURGH from April 2015 to August 2021. Tom's extensive experience in marketing includes serving as the Director of Marketing and Media Relations for the Bar Association from 2003 to April 2015, and the Director of Corporate Communications at Interstate Hotels Corporation from 1992 to 2002. Tom holds a Master's degree in Communication Technology from Point Park University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
