Pat Mcstay

Patrick McStay is currently the Head of Scouting - USA at the Cook Islands Football Association. Patrick also serves as the Director of The Heritage Project at The ECNL, connecting players with Federations worldwide. In addition, Patrick holds roles in scouting and recruitment for various soccer organizations, including the Marshall Islands Soccer Federation and Football Federation Samoa. Patrick is the Owner of Prestige Weltweit CR and has experience in coaching and talent identification with organizations like Richmond Strikers and Columbus Crew. Patrick holds a BA in Management, Business, Economics from Virginia Wesleyan University and an MBA from the University of Lynchburg.
