Kimberly Ryan

Kimberly Ryan is a seasoned music educator and performer with extensive experience in orchestral and choral direction. Currently serving as the Director of String Orchestras at St. Catherine's School since August 2023, Kimberly has held various prominent roles including Substitute Violist for the Richmond Symphony Orchestra and Music Director at Southminster Presbyterian Church. With a background as the Orchestra and Chorus Director at Trinity Episcopal School (RVA) and a Choral Section Leader/Instrumentalist at First Presbyterian Church in Richmond, Kimberly has cultivated a diverse musical talent. Additionally, Kimberly has experience teaching violin and viola at the Center for Creative Arts, and served in leadership capacities such as Assistant Director for Classical Revolution RVA. Kimberly's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and further studies at the Cleveland Institute of Music.
