Sahil S. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Sahil started their career in 2020 as a Software Engineer - Automations at GitStart Community, where they played a key role in recruiting and onboarding tech talent, as well as implementing business process automation. In the same year, they joined Airful as a Strategy & Technical Lead, contributing to the growth of remote-first VC-backed startups and handling client interactions. At Bandhu Urban Tech, Sahil worked as a Software Automations - DevOps, supporting backend teams on AWS operations, implementing growth strategies, and leading marketing efforts. In 2022, Sahil joined GitStart (YC S19) as the Marketing and Community Ops, and in 2023 they joined Richpanel where they work in Product, Engineering & Marketing.

Sahil S. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a diploma in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai from 2015 to 2018.
