John Richter

John Richter serves as the President of Richter Supply Chain Services, LLC since January 2025. Prior to this role, John held the position of Vice President of Operations at Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC from September 2023 to December 2024. John has extensive experience in operations management, having worked as an Operations Manager at Family Dollar Distribution Center from May 2020 to September 2023 and previously from July 2012 to April 2018. Other notable positions include Director of Outbound Operations at Sweetwater from April 2018 to May 2020, and various roles at Performance Food Group, including Shipping Supervisor from December 2005 to April 2012. John Richter earned a degree in Health Science with a focus on Health Science and Physiology from Ball State University between 2000 and 2005.
