Billy Schaefer is a modern-day philosopher, operator, and author currently serving as Vice President at the McClaskey Excellence Institute and as Director of Operations for the Rick Erwin Dining Group. They founded The Restaurant I.Q. and previously held the position of Director of Operations at All Good Industries, as well as Area Manager at 131 Main Restaurant. Billy earned a Bachelor's degree in Music from Morehead State University, completing their studies in 2003.
