Lyndsey Chaffee

Lyndsey Chaffee has a diverse professional background with experience in food service, processing, municipal administration, and educational support. Currently serving as an Expo and Server at Rick Erwin Dining Group since August 2022, Lyndsey Chaffee focuses on delivering high-quality dining experiences. Previous roles include a Processor at General Mills, where responsibility involved ensuring food quality and production efficiency from July 2019 to August 2022, and a Deputy Clerk for Everett Township, maintaining important records and documents from May 2019 to August 2022. Additionally, Lyndsey Chaffee contributed as a Special Education Paraprofessional at White Cloud High School from July 2018 to May 2019, assisting special needs students in achieving their learning goals. Lyndsey Chaffee is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Grand Valley State University, with an earlier Associate's degree in Art/Art Studies from Eastern Gateway Community College.
