Edwin Stooker

Edwin Stooker is an experienced professional with a robust background in IT management and service delivery. Currently serving as the Director of the Digital Workspace Competence Centre at Ricoh Europe since March 2018, Stooker oversees technical support across the EMEA region, focusing on safety and security incidents, problem management, and product data analysis. Stooker previously held the position of Senior Manager Solution Support within the same business unit. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Service Delivery Manager at Capgemini and Manager Offshore at Getronics PinkRoccade, where oversight encompassed IT service delivery and project management. Stooker began a career in IT consultancy with positions at Proflex Automatisering, Mosaic, and Richter. Educational qualifications include a Master of IT Management from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
