Marion Park

Marion Park is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership and operational excellence. Current role as Human Resources Director at Ricoh Europe began in May 2019, following a position as HR Lead EMEA at Orica from April 2018 to April 2019, where Marion led HR operational excellence across Orica Manufacturing. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Global HR M&A at DXC Technology from January 2009 to June 2017, overseeing HR aspects of outsourcing and mergers & acquisitions while managing numerous projects and coaching a team of HR Managers. Marion also held the position of Global HR Director at SmartStream Technologies Ltd and served as Commercial HR Director at CSC Computer Sciences Ltd for over a decade. Marion holds a Master's degree in European Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Keele University.
