Michael Baddeley

Michael Baddeley is an experienced professional with a strong background in business assurance, innovation, and strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Business Assurance at Ricoh Europe since October 2020, Michael has held numerous leadership roles at Ricoh UK from April 2010 to October 2020, including Director of Innovation and Strategy, Head of Innovation and Strategy, Head of Business Excellence, Head of Process Improvement, and Aftermarket Supply Chain Manager. Prior to joining Ricoh, Michael worked at IKON Office Solutions from October 2001 to April 2010 as a Process Improvement Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt, as well as a Server Response Team Supervisor.
