Ravi Rao

Ravi Rao is a seasoned professional in cloud operations and infrastructure management, currently serving as Cloud Operations Manager for EMEA Infrastructure at Ricoh Europe since July 2017. With a strong background in directing strategic security positioning as Cyber Security Operations Manager for Ricoh, Ravi has optimized operational performance across 200 sites and supported 17,000 users. Prior roles include Infrastructure Manager at ASOS.com, where Ravi led Azure migration projects, and at Sainsbury's, overseeing IT operations and server management. Ravi also has experience as Head of Infrastructure at Global Media Vault Ltd, focusing on disaster recovery and procurement efficiency.
