Tim Brooks

Tim Brooks is an experienced professional in service management and program delivery, currently serving as Manager and Team Lead of GMA Service Management at Ricoh Europe since April 2020. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at NTT Security from April 2012 to April 2020, including Senior Manager of Programmes and Senior Project Manager, with a focus on global information services. Tim's career also includes experience as an Account Manager at Reqiva. Tim holds both an MA (Honours) and a BA (Honours) in History from the University of Birmingham, and completed A-Levels and GCSEs at Highdown School and Sixth Form Centre.
