Valerio Paolillo

Valerio Paolillo is a seasoned leader in process automation and digital transformation, currently serving as Head of Transformation for the Hyper-Automation Factory at Ricoh Europe since October 2021. In this role, Valerio focuses on delivering strategic process automation solutions, assessing technology for market adoption, and driving change management strategies. Previously, Valerio held positions at Ricoh Italia as Senior PMO & Project Leader and managed the Digital Competence Centre. Earlier experience includes project management roles at BTO Research and consulting work at EASY WELFARE. Valerio has a solid academic background with Master of Science and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Università Bocconi and an exchange program at the University of Cologne.
