Lorna Hernandez

Lorna Hernandez has held various human resources leadership roles in companies such as Ricoh Latin America Inc, Newell Brands, and Kelly. Lorna has extensive experience in workforce planning, HR operations, talent services, and business partnerships. Lorna is a key member of the Americas HR leadership team and has successfully transitioned regional HR organizations to be more people-focused. Lorna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
