Laura Strafford

Laura Strafford, formerly known as Laura Boyle, has extensive experience in service delivery management within the technology sector, currently serving as National Service Delivery Manager at Ricoh UK since August 2005. Laura has held various positions at Ricoh, including Regional Client Contract Manager and Service Delivery Manager, as well as Contract Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Bid Manager at Phoenix (IT Infrastructure Services) from January 2005 to January 2006. Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from The University of Northampton, completed in 2004, and attended Kingsthorpe Upper School from 1999 to 2001.
