Toni Smith has extensive experience in human resources management, with a career spanning over two decades in various organizations. Currently serving as Reward & Insights Manager at Ricoh UK since September 2009, Toni previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager at Allegis Group and Ideal Hardware, overseeing HR functions for approximately 200 employees. Toni’s earlier experience includes managing HR teams at DHL Aviation UK Limited and serving as HR Officer at Datalect Group Limited, among other positions.
