Amanda Poole-Buss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the printing and technical consulting industries. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Ricoh USA, Inc. since July 2012, Amanda provides expert technical support and consulting for production printing environments. Previously, Amanda held various roles at Primadata LLC from October 2005 to June 2012, starting as a Print Operator and advancing to Developer and then Lead Developer, where responsibilities included troubleshooting Variable Data Print forms and assisting team members with technical inquiries. Amanda's educational background includes studies at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
