Debra Ialamov

Debra Ialamov is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy, planning, and project management within various industries. Currently serving as the Enterprise Director of Strategy & Planning at Ricoh USA, Inc. since February 2023, Debra previously held multiple leadership roles at Catalent Pharma Solutions, including Head of IT PMO and Director of Global IT PMO. Debra's earlier experience includes positions such as VP of Vendor & Program Management Office at Iron Mountain and Operations Process Manager at Dow Jones. Debra began the career at iTraining as a Trainer and Training Manager after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stellenbosch University.
