Greg Mangos has extensive experience in various roles related to business planning, strategy, marketing, and sales. At Ricoh USA, Inc., Greg currently serves as the Business Planning & Strategy Manager for the IT Services business unit, providing support to the Senior Vice President of Technology. Greg also managed the proposal team for Channel & Field Marketing, overseeing the development of a sales proposal tool and leading a team of business writers. Prior to their current role, Greg held positions in customer service, sales, and account management. Greg holds a BS in Marketing from Penn State University.
