Todd McCandless is an experienced professional with a robust background in business development and technical sales. Currently serving as the Business Portfolio Manager at Ricoh USA, Inc. since March 2015, Todd is a Subject Matter Expert in Robotic Process Automation and workflow SaaS products. Additionally, Todd holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer at DigiTrans USA, focusing on digital transformation strategies for small businesses and non-profits. As Principal at Savings Opportunity Solutions, Todd leads the development of a savings documentation application. Previously, Todd has held various leadership roles, including Director of Business Development at Puritan Products, Director of Key Accounts at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and roles in sales and analysis at Sigma-Aldrich and VWR International.
