Wanda Lopez

Wanda Lopez currently serves as the Senior Manager, Field Human Resources at Ricoh Latin America since March 2011. Wanda leads HR strategy for 3K employees generating $500MM in revenue, oversees employee relations policy, and investigates policy/legal violations in 13 countries. Wanda has made significant contributions to the organization, including editing the corporate Code of Ethics, managing a customized ADP payroll implementation in 5 countries, and coaching VPs in succession planning. In addition, Wanda is actively involved in the Global Diversity and Inclusion Team and has managed various HR functions in different companies throughout their career. Wanda holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Office Systems.
