William Hankins

William (Bill) Hankins has over four decades of experience in various roles, currently serving as the Field Technology Service Manager at Ricoh Americas Corporation since September 1981. In this position, William manages a team of technicians across multiple states, ensuring effective day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, William served in the US Navy as a Radioman 2nd class aboard the USS Luce DDG-38, where responsibilities included managing ship communications. Earlier work experience includes a general help position at Kell Athletics, a retail store specializing in sporting goods, and as an electrician helper at B&H Electric Company. William holds a High School Diploma from Dollarway, earned in 1977.
