Markus Heyer

Markus Heyer serves as the Head of the Project Management Office at Ricola since September 2018 and operates as a consultant and coach under the name Markus Heyer. From August 1993 to August 2018, Markus Heyer held various roles at Panalpina, including Corporate Ethics and Compliance Officer, Corporate Head of Business Process & Quality, Director of Corporate Information Technology, and Project Manager in Software Development. Markus Heyer has pursued extensive education at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, acquiring qualifications in Change Management, Coaching, and Consulting, along with Gestalt therapy training from the Internationales Gestalt Institut Schweiz. Additionally, Markus Heyer obtained a Fachausweis in organizational management from SGO Business School in Zürich.
