Ernesto Llorens

Ernesto Llorens is an accomplished project management professional currently serving as the Head of the Project Management Office at the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) since July 2020. In this role, Ernesto manages project oversight and control services for the Engineering, Construction & Expansion Group, supporting a 10-year capital works program with a focus on budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and risk analysis. Previously, Ernesto held various positions including Director of Project Controls and Risk, and Project Controls Manager at Hatch, where responsibilities encompassed implementing cost management for significant subway projects. With extensive experience in project controls, management, and planning across multiple industries, Ernesto also possesses a Master of Business Administration from Esade and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
