Salome Rudin

Salome Rudin is the Head of HRIS & People Development at Ricola since March 2020, with responsibilities including the implementation and maintenance of the HRMIS (SuccessFactors Talent Suite), ensuring data quality, planning performance management, and developing E-learning solutions. Previously, Salome held various roles at Helvetia Versicherungen Schweiz, including Junior Recruiting Partner and Specialist in Education Management, where notable achievements included recruiting interns and organizing training programs across Switzerland. Salome's early experiences include positions at Universitätsspital Basel and Primarschule Muttenz, complemented by internships focusing on HR functions and psychological assessments. Salome holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Basel.
