Elliot Patsanza FRICS has a diverse work experience in the property and construction industry. Elliot currently serves as a Partner at Ridge and Partners LLP, a renowned property and construction consultancy. Elliot is responsible for delivering first-class services and adding genuine value to clients.

Prior to this, Elliot worked at RICS, where they held various roles. Elliot served as the Lead author for RICS iSurv channel in the Infrastructure Contract Agreements section. Elliot also worked as an author for the RICS ISURV Channel in the Infrastructure Contract Arrangements section.

Elliot also had a significant tenure at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure. Elliot was the Executive Director and Head of Cost and Management Services, leading a high-performing team that provided cost-effective sustainable solutions to real estate and infrastructure clients. Before this, they held the position of Director and Head of Cost and Management Services at the same company.

In addition, Elliot served as the Director of Rail at Capita Property Infrastructure, where they led and grew the Network Rail Client Account. Elliot was responsible for key projects such as the BrentCross Thameslink Station Programme and the Great Western Route Modernisation Programme.

Before joining Capita, Elliot founded and operated Elliot Limited Chartered Quantity Surveyors. As the Principal Partner/Managing Director, they provided specialist commercial advice on infrastructure and multi-use development projects. Their key projects included the London Underground Track Renewal Programme and the Great Western Electrification Programme.

Elliot Patsanza FRICS obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Quantity Surveying from the University College of Estate Management between 1998 and 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Elliot is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has obtained certifications such as PRINCE2® 2018 Foundation & Practitioner and NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Manager from AXELOS Global Best Practice and the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) respectively.
