Innaci Dass

Innaci Dass has a strong and extensive work experience in the field of human resources, spanning over several companies and roles. In 1991, Innaci started their career as an Executive in Human Resources at Malaysia Mining Corporation, where they played a key role in staff development and training. They later joined Perodua in 1993 as a General Manager of Human Resources and Training, where they contributed significantly to the company's workforce development and implemented various skills and developmental programs.

Moving on, Innanci joined Proton in 2009 as the General Manager of Human Resources, where they led the HR division and acted as a business partner for international subsidiaries and commercial clusters within the Proton Group. They implemented numerous strategic initiatives during their tenure.

In 2013, Innanci joined Telekom Brunei Berhad as the General Manager of the HR Division, where they focused on transforming the HR department and shifting the workforce's mindset to a corporate-oriented approach.

After that, Innaci worked as a Senior Consultant at AJ SMART HR CONSULTANCY from 2018 to 2020, assisting clients in talent development and organizational transformation. They played a crucial role in helping businesses drive growth and improve performance through an engaged and skilled workforce.

In recent years, Innaci held positions at McDermott International, Ltd as the Human Resources Director and at the RIDA Group as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Currently, they serve as the Chief Human Resource Officer at RIDA Group.

Innaci Dass attended the National University of Malaysia (UKM) from 1987 to 1991, where they studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree. In 2003, they attended INSEAD and completed a certificate program in Human Resources Management In Asia.
