Rosanne Scheeff Mba

Rosanne Scheeff, MBA, CCP has over 20 years of experience in compensation and human resources. Rosanne started their career at ShurTech Brands, LLC in 1999 as a Sr. Human Resource Manager, where they worked until 2011. Rosanne then became the Corporate Compensation Manager at ShurTech from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Riddell as the Human Resources Manager and later became the Director of Compensation and Benefits. Rosanne's expertise lies in compensation and benefits management as well as human resource strategy.

Rosanne Scheeff completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources/Labor Relations from Cleveland State University between 1988 and 1993. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ashland University from 2001 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Rosanne obtained their Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from WorldatWork in October 2014.
