Roland Hoeven is currently the Group HR Manager at Ridder. Prior to this role, Roland worked as a Compliancemanager and HR director at Koninklijke Gazelle N.V. Roland also served as an HR Manager Boots at Walgreens Boots Alliance and held various HR positions at CRH, VolkerWessels Telecom BV, and Trivoor Bouw en Infra.
