Cynthia Bergen Henegouwen

Cynthia Bergen Henegouwen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group HR Manager at Bruynzeel Storage since September 2017, overseeing ten sales offices across Europe and the US. Prior to this, Cynthia held the position of HR Manager at Pon Tyre Group from July 2012 to September 2017 and was a lecturer at Avans+ from March 2012 to January 2015. Cynthia's earlier roles include Manager of the Mobility Centre at Amarant Groep from July 2007 to July 2012 and Personnel and Organization Consultant at MEE West-Brabant from March 2002 to July 2007. Cynthia began professional career as a Group HR Manager at Royal Econosto N.V. before serving as the Secretary of the Executive Board at TU Eindhoven from 1987 to 1993. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences and further studies at Tias Nimbas Business School.
