Brenna Crowson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both legal and fitness industries. Since June 2013, Brenna has served as a litigation paralegal at Riddle & Brantley, LLP, focusing on plaintiff personal injury cases. In addition to legal work, Brenna has been an instructor at Karate International of Raleigh since October 2009 and previously owned and managed Fitness Specialties from April 1994 to June 2013, where custom training programs were developed for clients and top athletes.
