Harry Malhi has been working in the hire car and taxi industry since 2000. Harry began their career as the Managing Director and Founder of Melbourne silver cabs. In 2013, they took on the role of Director at MAC, where they provided management and support to up to 100 hire car and taxi drivers and consulted with chauffeurs about hire car business. In 2014, they were the Managing Director and Founder of RideBoom, where they invested in the hire car and taxi industry, established and managed a new business arm specialising in the provision of telemarketing services, and coordinated the recruitment, selection and training of 40 members. Harry also planned and organised a highly successful launch programme and drove the business forward to break-even three months ahead of projections. In 2018, they became the Managing Director of RideBoom Inc, and in 2019, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at RideBoom India Private Limited.

Harry Malhi has an extensive education history. Harry obtained a Year 12 certificate from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 1989-1990. Harry then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Economics, Political Science, Geography and Geology from D.A.V. College Jalandhar in 1990-1993. Following this, they obtained an Hons in Geography of Australia and New Zealand from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar in 1993-1995. Harry then obtained an In Law degree from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer in 1995-1998. Finally, they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Chalmers college Melbourne in 1999-2003.
