Catherine D. Nolasco, SHRM-CP has over eight years of experience in Human Resources. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Legal Resource Center Student Advisor at San Francisco State University. In 2012, they took on the role of Human Resources Coordinator at LaborLawCenter. From 2013 to 2015, they held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Quiksilver/Roxy/DC Inc. During this time, they improved and revamped the New Hire Orientation process and conducted and facilitated corporate campus tours. In 2014, they were HRIS Coordinator at Pacific Dental Services and in 2015, they became HR Specialist at lucy activewear. In 2016, they were HR Operations Analyst at Dolby Laboratories. In 2017, they held the roles of Employee Success Generalist at FinancialForce, Human Resources Generalist at Off the Grid, and Manager, People Operations at Munchery. In their role at Munchery, they redesigned the New Hire Packet and New Hire Orientation, implemented Google New Hire, Employee Status Change, and Termination Form, and maintained ADP employee database. Currently, they are Senior Manager, People Operations at Ridecell.

Catherine D. Nolasco, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology from San Francisco State University in 2012. Catherine D. then earned a Certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach in the same year. In January 2023, they earned their SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
