Pradeep Lakshmanan has extensive work experience in various software development and project management roles. Pradeep currently serves as the Senior Software Development Project Manager at AlgosRus Inc, where they lead a team of developers in creating Azure Cloud-based algorithmic trading software. This software enables automated trades for index futures and stocks. At AlgosRus Inc, Pradeep ensures that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Prior to their role at AlgosRus Inc, Pradeep worked as a Technical Program Manager at Ridecell. In this position, they oversaw on-demand ridesharing projects for two clients, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Pradeep actively participated in various project management activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings.

Before joining Ridecell, Pradeep was a Senior Technical Program Manager at Hannibal Industries, a subsidiary of Nucor Steel. Pradeep led the implementation of the D365 F&O project, focusing on modules such as Project Accounting, Quality, and Asset Management. Pradeep effectively used Azure Dev Ops to manage user stories, enhancement requests, work items, issues, test cases, and bugs. Pradeep also prioritized risk analysis and mitigation to ensure project success.

Additionally, Pradeep has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of CReferral.com, a company they established in 2020. Pradeep successfully managed the company until 2022.

Pradeep's earlier professional experience includes working as a Business Solutions Architect at HP Inc, where they held a long-term position from 2006 to 2020.

Pradeep Lakshmanan completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior, from 1979 to 1984. Following that, they pursued a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the National Institute for Training in Industrial Engineering, spanning from 1984 to 1986.
