Grant Skognes

Grant Skognes has extensive experience in engineering and management within the powersports and defense industries. Since August 2007, Grant has held multiple leadership positions at Fox Factory, including General Manager of Industrial & Defense and various director roles focusing on engineering and process development. Responsibilities include overseeing product design and development while leading cross-functional teams to meet market demands. Prior experience includes project engineering at Dae-il USA, where Grant designed systems to comply with EPA regulations, and as a design engineer at Honda R&D Americas, developing parts for all-terrain vehicles. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria.
