Michael Scicluna

Michael Scicluna is an experienced financial leader with a robust background in accounting and financial management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at FOX Factory since July 2020, Michael previously held roles such as Accounting Manager (Controller) at DENSO, overseeing multi-site general accounting for operations generating $1.5 billion in revenue annually. Prior to that, Michael was the Plant Controller at Meridian Lightweight Technologies Inc., where full financial responsibility was maintained for a $160 million manufacturing facility, leading a team of seven. Additional experience includes multiple Plant Controller roles at Dana Holding Corporation and Meridian Automotive Systems, as well as positions such as Assistant Controller at Therma Tru and Division Accounting Manager at Eaton. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, both from Walsh College.
