Elizabeth Furman

Elizabeth Furman has over thirteen years of professional experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Elizabeth began their career in 2007 as a Certified Pilates Instructor at True Pilates NY. In 2009, they Co-Founded Mindful NYU, where they planned events, lead meditation for groups on campus, and lead discussions on meditation and spirituality bi-weekly. In 2011, Elizabeth began working as an Operations Coordinator at Resource Pro, where they established best practices and developed operations procedures to support the CEO and executive teams. Elizabeth also launched and managed several projects to increase collaboration between executives in the US and China. In 2014, Elizabeth became the Operations Manager & Instructor at Pilates on 66, where they managed and provided service to 100+ accounts per week, AR aging, and ensured that staff of 12 met quality of service standards. Elizabeth also optimized payment procedures to reduce delinquent accounts by 90%. In 2017, Elizabeth became a Group Fitness Instructor at Equinox. In 2019, they joined Industrious as a Senior Community Manager, where they were the Founding Manager of the first joint venture between Industrious and Equinox. Elizabeth lead Sales, Operations & Hospitality on-site, managed $2M+ of annual revenue, and had an NPS averaging 70. Elizabeth also owned customer experience & success, including daily hospitality and scaling member service and events for 300+ members across 90+ SMB businesses, account updates & renewals, and COVID-19 safety measures. Elizabeth will be joining Jetson as a Sales Executive Administrator in 2022.

Elizabeth Furman received their High School Diploma from Staples High School in 2006. Elizabeth then attended New York University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained their Gallatin BA in Social Entrepreneurship. In 2018, Elizabeth Furman obtained their ELDOA Level 1 & 2 certification from Dr. Guy Voyer DO.
