Dawn Elbrand Cpip

Dawn Elbrand MBA CPIM PMP has extensive experience in supply chain management and project management within the life sciences and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as a Business Management Consultant at Novartis since 2019, Dawn focuses on the global expansion and digitalization of CAR-T cell and gene therapy. In addition, Dawn is an Adjunct Professor for Executive MBA programs at Rider University, teaching Supply Chain and Operations Management and conducting an International Business Seminar. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Supply Chain at NOVAVAX INC, where Dawn successfully led a team in managing a significant operational budget and implementing process improvements, and multiple leadership positions at BD from 1998 to 2018, responsible for global ERP implementations and end-to-end supply chain optimization. Dawn's early career includes roles at Unilever and Andersen Consulting, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving operational excellence and process transformation. Dawn holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BSBA in Logistics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
