Kim Barberich

Kim Barberich currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Career Development and Success, as well as Engaged Learning and Leadership, at Rider University since September 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director at Columbia University School of Social Work from December 2008 to August 2015 and Director of the Office of Career & Leadership Development at the same institution. Additional positions held include Talent Development Manager at American Express, Director of the BEST Program at Barnard College, and Researcher at Harvard Project Zero. Kim Barberich holds a Master of Education in Human Development & Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Rider University. A Bachelor of Arts in Art History was earned at Barnard College from 1988 to 1992.
