James Addley

James Addley is a seasoned professional in Construction Health and Safety with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Partner at Ridge and Partners LLP since January 2022, James focuses on creating sustainable environments through multidisciplinary consultancy. Prior to this, James held significant roles at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure, ascending from Associate Director to Director, where responsibilities included leading the national Construction Health and Safety Consultancy. James also contributed to Arup as a Business Leader and Senior Health and Safety Consultant, overseeing major project health and safety initiatives, and held directorship at the Association for Project Safety. Early career experiences include positions as CDM Co-ordinator at Lee Evans CDM Ltd and Architectural Technologist roles at several firms, including Lee Evans Partnership and HOK. James's educational background includes a BA in Architecture from the University of Greenwich and multiple NEBOSH qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety.
