Jeff Dickerson

Jeff Dickerson is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ridge Care, Inc. operating retirement and assisted living communities located in North Carolina and West Virginia. Ridge Care, which was co-founded by Jeff in 1997, currently operates 16 communities with over 1,200 employees. Summit Care at Home, a home care agency and Peak Pharmacy are also under his direction, providing services to residents within the Ridge Care network of communities and beyond. Jeff resides in Kernersville, North Carolina, the headquarters of Ridge Care, Inc. He has a B.S. degree in Healthcare Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and over 25 years of experience in multi-family housing to include nursing home, assisted living and retirement living communities. He is an active member of the American Senior Housing Association Board of Directors and supports local agencies pertaining to senior healthcare.
