Marc Maready

Marc Maready serves as Ridge Care’s Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Marc provides day-to-day oversight of the company’s 16 independent, assisted living, and memory care communities and ensures they’re keeping their promise to the residents they serve. Marc provides strategic leadership of initiatives aimed at streamlining and simplifying the systems and processes that support the holistic needs of residents and deliver an improved resident care experience. Marc has been a conference presenter for various senior living organizations, including the North Carolina Assisted Living Association, the West Virginia Assisted Living Association, and HealthTac, and he’s a member of the American Seniors Housing Association Rising Leaders organization. A native North Carolinian, Marc is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in English and political science.
