Nicole Ward is currently working as a Clinical Assistant at Ridge Treatment Center since October 2023. Prior to this, Nicole worked as a Patient Care Unit Assistant at Geisinger. Nicole also has experience as a Senior Fulfillment Associate at igourmet.com, and as a Lead Intern at the Harlem Children's Zone. Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Elementary Education from Western Governors University, an Associate of Science in Studio Art from Borough of Manhattan Community College, and holds an Advanced Regents Diploma in General Studies from St. Catharine Academy.

Ridge Treatment Center
At our 350-acre campus in southeastern New Hampshire, we offer Ridge RTC, a specialized mental health residential program for teens who require therapeutic assessment and additional support. Our program prioritizes therapy, increased structure, higher levels of supervision, and fewer distractions to empower our residents to develop the critical strengths they need. Ridge RTC provides a supportive and caring environment for teens who need more intense care than they can receive at home, at school, or in a traditional residential setting.
