Dianne Gutierrez has held various roles within the Human Resources field for over three decades, with experience working at companies such as Ridge Vineyards, Fujitsu Laboratories of America, Fujitsu Microelectronics Inc., Unisys, and Altos Computer Systems. Dianne currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Ridge Vineyards since September 2019.
Ridge Vineyards
For the past 50 years, Ridge has championed a pre-industrial approach to single-vineyard winemaking, searching California for those rare vineyards where climate, soil, and varietal are ideally matched. Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon account for most of the production; syrah, grenache, and carignane constitute the balance. Known primarily for its red wines, Ridge has also made limited amounts of chardonnay since 1962.
